The client can expect a reply within 21 days of approaching the Research Analyst.

SEBI SCORES

If not satisfied, lodge a grievance with SEBI at scores.sebi.gov.in.

ODR Portal

If still not satisfied, initiate dispute resolution via the ODR Portal at smartodr.in.

Our Commitment: We aim to resolve all grievances within 21 working days. If your grievance is not resolved within this timeframe, you can escalate it to the platforms mentioned above.
